According to the&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.iea.org\/reports\/global-energy-review-co2-emissions-in-2021-2\" target=\"_blank\">International Energy Agency<\/a>, the fossil fuel industry was responsible for 89% of all greenhouse gas emissions in 2021.
